Supervisory Bureau of Tourism Quality
| A network of Supervisory Bureau of Tourism Quality (SBQT) was
established by the China National Tourism Administration at different levels. The aims of
establishing this Bureau are to strengthen supervision on the tourists service quialities
and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of China and Overseas tourists, and to
improve the reputation of Chinese tourism. The main duty of SBTQ is handling complaints
and compensation cases and to assist tourism administration in conducting inspections and
examinations of the tourism market. Supervisory Bureau of Tourism Quality is directly under the central government and following is the name list and addresses in municipalities, autonomous regions and provinces. |
