| Day 1. Arrive
Rome : You are met and transferred to your hotel. Tonight, after a
Welcome Drink, we enjoy a Highlight Dinner of local cuisine, wine and live entertainment!

| Day 2. Rome Sightseeing : This morning we walk
with a local guide through the vast Colosseum and the ancient Forum. We then cross the
River Tiber to visit St Peter's Basilica, home to Michelangelo's masterpiece ?the
"Pieta". A highlight visit takes us inside the Vatican Museums to see the world
famous ceiling paintings of the Sistine Chapel. Plus there's ample free time to explore
the city or to shop! (BB) |

| Day 3. Rome - Florence : We ascend the Apennine
Mountains to the Umbrian hilltop town of Orvieto. There's time to visit the impressive
cathedral ?its richly decorated facade makes it one of the most celebrated buildings in
Italy. Then, a beautiful drive through the vineyards of Tuscany brings us to Florence. Our
first glimpse of this exciting city is from the hilltop Piazzale Michelangelo ?a memorable
sight and great photo opportunity! We then continue to our hotel for dinner.Hotel:

| Day 4. Florence Sightseeing : On our guided
walking tour we visit the Accademia to see Michelangelo's original statue of David. We
then continue to the massive marble-clad Cathedral and see the Gates of Paradise on the
nearby Baptistery. Our last stop is the Basilica of Santa Croce which houses the tombs of
Michelangelo and Galileo. We finish with a leather work demonstration. The rest of the day
is at leisure to explore this wonderful city on your own. (BB) |

| Day 5. Florence - Venice : This morning
we travel to Verona, made famous by star-crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet. We view Juliet's
balcony, and also see the ancient Roman arena. We then continue to the romantic city of
Venice ?a step back in time to the 16th century! Hotel: Continental. (BB,D) |

6. Venice Sightseeing : This morning we travel by private launch along the
canals past the Church of the Redentore and Palladio's San Giorgio Maggiore, to alight at
St Mark's Square. We see the St Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace and the Bridge of
Sighs. We also visit one of the glass showrooms for a glass-blowing demonstration. Then
it's time to relax and let Venice cast her spell. (BB) |

7. Venice - Rome : Sadly we bid farewell to Venice this morning, follow
the 'Highway of the Sun' over the Apennine mountains back to Rome. Tonight, why not join
your new found friends for a farewell dinner?Hotel: Beverly Hills. (BB) |
