Hotel Booking Procedures of "Pay Hotel Direct Special Rates"

To complete a booking request, you have to provide the following information on the Hotel Request Form :

  • Your name, email, and contact phone number.
  • Guests' names, at least one name per room required.
  • Hotel name.  (You may simply put in "any one" if you don't have the name.)
  • City and country of the hotel.
  • Room category.
  • Room type.
  • Number of rooms requested.
  • Check-in and check-out dates.

Notes:

  • When making additional hotel requests, please make sure you have all required information for each hotel. 
  • Our Hotel Request Form uses SSL technology to keep the data transfer safe.   If your browser doesn't support this feature, please send your request via email.

The special rates quoted here do not require prepayment to our company. These are the special "pay hotel direct" rates offer to you exclusively by Tiglion Travel. After we confirmed your required hotel booking, we will fax to you a confirmation number. You will pay the special rates as stated in the confirmation to the hotel(s) when you check-out.
It is advisable that you keep an extra copy for your own verification when you settle your hotel bills.

Most of the hotels listed in these webpages require credit card guarantee for the first night or for longer period especially during super peak seasons. Information of requirements for guarantee or deposit of a particular hotel booking will be sent to you by email or post on the appropriate hotel listing. The hotel(s) will charge an amount of one night, or more as so required, room rate + applicable tax and service charge from your credit card as no show penalty if you do not show up as per your reservation and do not cancel your hotel reservation on time.

If you want to cancel your hotel booking after confirmation you have to cancel your reservation before the time limit per the hotel policy to avoid the aforesaid no show penalty. Some hotels require cancellation to be made by the reservation agent.

If you want to cancel the hotel reservation you made with our company please inform our company and the relevant hotel by fax and make sure that the cancellation fax reach our company during our office working day / hours so as to allow us to cancel your hotel booking on time to avoid the cancellation penalty. The no show / cancellation penalty is charge by the hotel(s), not our company. If you have any dispute in respect of the no show penalty charge you have to settle with the relevant hotel direct. If you want help from our company, we are willing to endeavour our best to help to negotiate with the hotel(s), but the final decision will be on the hotel(s).
