• All prices quoted are on cash payment basis.
• Overseas customer(s) need to arrange bank transfer of our invoice amount to our company bank account (subject to HKD100 bank handling charge on top of the gross payment). Bank account details and payment due date will be fax to the customer(s) with our invoice(s).
• For payment by Visa or Master card, please contact us for details.
• After the payment is made, we will go ahead to make the reservation and purchase the tickets / railpass. If the reservation (Train / Ferry tickets) cannot be confirmed, payment received will be fully refunded to the customer(s).

• Free of charge delivery to an office address in some locations in Hong Kong. This free delivery service is subject to the final acceptance by our company upon the customer(s) advice of the delivery address.
• Via courier service to an overseas address to be advised by the customer(s) at additional fee and subject to time allowance.
