conditions apply by different car rental companies, countries / states.

car collection before you sign the car rental agreement.
- Age Limit
Most car rental companies require drivers to be over the age of 25. Some vehicle types
require the renter to be over 30 years.
- Driver's License
All car rental companies require renters to present, at time of rental, an
acceptable valid driver's license issued by the driver's country of residence.
Many countries require drivers to hold an International Driving License, especially in the
case of the driver's license is in a language other than English.
In all cases a valid driver's license issued in your home country must be provided,
whether or not you possess an International Driver's License. You will not be allowed to
rent a vehicle with only the International Driving License.
Most car rental companies require renters to hold a driving license for not less than 12
months.
- Driving Record
Different car rental companies have different sets of rental criteria for renters driving
record and they may deny rental service to a customer whose driving record does not meet
their rental criteria.
- Credit Card
Most car rental companies require renters to present a valid major credit card in
their name when they collect the car even though they are using prepaid vouchers for their
car rentals. This requirement is for the settlement of any difference between the
estimated charges and the stated value of the voucher.
